Refund Policy

You may cancel your myNovae Dispute Manager Software at any time using any of the following methods by (a) contacting Novae’s customer service by phone during regular business hours using the phone number (678) 750-3787; or (b) submitting a support ticket in your NovaeMoney.com portal, (c) emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You may cancel your myNovae Dispute Manager account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation once a credit report has been pulled. If Novae suspends or terminates your account or our Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any credits, any unused time on a Subscription, any Subscription fees or one-time fees paid for any portion of the product offerings/services, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.

If your account is cancelled before a credit report is pulled for the month, there is a 3-day refund period. Funds will only be returned to the card or account used to make the purchase. Novae does not have the ability to issue refunds to alternative accounts or cards.
